A disturbing creature is loose on the streets of Moscow! Befriended by a rich Plastic Surgeon, a stray dog's life is changed forever when the new 'master' transplants into it the testicles and pituitary gland of a recently dead drunk.  A freakish Frankenstein now stalks the streets, hell-bent on turning everyone's lives into living nightmares. A wonderfully absurd and fiercely comic tale!
